Many people, initially dislike hyenas because of how they are depicted in The Lion King; evil, ugly creatures with terrifying laughs that killed innocent Simba’s heroic father, Mufasa, leaving poor, young Simba fatherless and devastated, and the entire kingdom in disarray.
